i want to have a clear idea about CITIZEN CENTRIC SERVICE. i mean what kind of services are you talking about? if possible give some examples.
I m thinking of developing a G2C and C2G services so that citizen can be engaged in for views and ideas , eg. like creating groups for research, education, self help group, complains, tracking of application submitted, sms based services etc.
I can see you already have so many ideas :)
